Why We Exist

Libertas Loqui was founded in 2026 on a single, unwavering conviction: that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution is the bedrock of every liberty we hold dear.

Ratified on December 15, 1791, the First Amendment guarantees that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, the press, peaceful assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. It does not pick sides. It does not favor one viewpoint over another. It protects every American's right to speak, question, dissent, and persuade—regardless of ideology, background, or belief.

This is not a political position. It is a constitutional principle. And it is under constant pressure.

The Covenant We Keep
