Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Sale items are final sale.
Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no charge.
How to Return: Email us at hello@libertasloqui.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide a return label for defective items. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
